Features of Basic Insulating Glass Production Line
1. The basic insulating glass production line adopts a PLC control system with touch screen interface for easy operation.
2. It can automatically distinguish the coating side of coated glass and low-E glass.
3. The IG production line includes a washing machine which can wash on-line or off-line low-E glass.
4. The washing machine uses waterproof bearing without oil lubricant.
5. Inverter drive controls the rotation speed of brush used for washing low-E glass.
6. Adopting sensor and PLC control, the washing machine will automatically start working when there is insulating glass and stop when there is no glass. This intermittent working style enables the machine to minimize energy consumption.
7. The water tank has automatic water compensation function.
8. The press utilizes a center positioning system.

Features of Assembly-out-press Insulating Glass Line
1. The assembly-out-press insulating glass line features a PLC control system with touch screen interface.
